Excellent cuisine, the place is spotless.

Overall it is a lovely and friendly hotel and we liked the stay, the location was incredible there close to the town centre. The staff is outstandingly accommodating and friendly, as well as host. Make sure to get king room with amazing view, tea or coffee, for instance.

Breakfast with fresh fruit and veggie sausages and both vegan options. Brand-new room and great-sized all around. Convenient and perfect location in Keswick, near centre as well as the Dolly Waggon Guest House.

Enjoyed the newly decorated twin room with an amazing view and the way it was setup. The location was great and ideal, in north Lakes, in the domestic area.

The breakfast here is superb, especially the tasty veggie sausages.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable. The rooms were well appointed, fresh, and spotlessly clean throughout. We were delighted to find little extras like a wine corker and glasses, as well as tea and coffee making facilities, which were very much appreciated. The location of the hotel could not have been better, with a short walk into town for restaurants, pubs, and shops. The views from our room were also a highlight, providing us with a stunning view of Skiddaw. Lastly, breakfast was simply the best we have had in all of England. The fresh fruit salad and the poached eggs on a toasted muffin were divine, and the option to pre-order our breakfast choices made mornings even more enjoyable.

All was beyond our expectations.

The unit was beautifully presented and well-equipped. The beds were delightfully comfortable. The guest house is in a comfortable location in Keswick, just off the Lake District. The staff were very helpful and excellent, both at reception and elsewhere.

We had a great time at this lovely and clean place, the breakfast was delicious and substantial, and it's situated centrally near Hope Park in a nice residential area.

This hotel in a reasonably quiet residential area of Cumbria was exactly what we needed for our stay. The attention to detail was impressive, from the feather duvets on the incredibly comfortable beds to the brilliant views we enjoyed from our room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast options, including delicious veggie sausages and a new special dish, were a highlight. We truly felt the value for money here.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.
